Billboard Hot 100, 12th December 2009

1. Empire State of Mind - Jay-Z Featuring Alicia Keys
2. Bad Romance - Lady GaGa

Jay-Z & Alicia Keys hang on to #1 with "Empire State of Mind" for a second week also earning the digital gainer, but with GaGa also bulleted at #2 for a second week with "Bad Romance," a third week at #1 for Jay & Alicia looks unlikely, if anything GaGa should score her third #1 next week.

3. TiK ToK - Ke$ha

Newcomer Ke$ha further paces up the chart with her debut single "TiK ToK," reching a new peak at #3.

4. Replay - Iyaz

More on newcomers, Iyaz re-enters the top 5 with his debut single "Replay," initially peaking at #4, I'm he'll go higher in oncoming weeks.

7. Meet Me Halfway - Black Eyed Peas

Finally, the Black Eyed Peas score a top 10 with "Meet Me Halfway" which already topped the UK singles chart a few weeks ago, after 10 weeks on the chart. This is the band's 6th top 10, following major #1's from "Boom Boom Pow" and "I Gotta Feeling."

8. Sexy Bitch - David Guetta & Akon
9. Down - Jay Sean Featuring Lil' Wayne
10. 3 - Britney Spears

After their healthy rise into the top 10 last week, David Guetta & Akon dip down a spot with "Sexy Bitch," whilst still remaining bulleted. Former #1's: Jay Sean's "Down" and Britney Spears' "3" still remain bulleted although only moving one-spot--"3" is close to topping the Mediabase chart, which would explain its bullet.

14. Already Gone - Kelly Clarkson

Is Kelly Clarkson's "Already Gone" finally becoming a hit? It sure looks it as it rises to a new peak position at #14.

18. Hard - Rihanna Featuring Young Jeezy

One of the biggest effects from the release of Rihanna's fourth album Rated R is second single "Hard" storming into the top 20, rising #80-#19. As for Rated R, the album debuts at #4 with apparent underperforming sales of 181k.

20. I Can Transform Ya - Chris Brown Featuring Lil' Wayne and Swizz Beatz

Uh, yah.

29. Give it Up to Me - Shakira Featuring Lil' Wayne

Shakira scores her 6th top 40 with the second single from her latest album, released today "Give it Up to Me," rising #61 - #29.

30. Telephone - Lady GaGa Featuring Beyonce

Lady GaGa & Beyonce's "Telephone" debuts at a comfortable #30 on digital sales alone, scoring GaGa's 6th top 10. I can't count how many Beyonce has right now, my head hurts.

Gaga + Beyonce called for the Chris Brown track, "Uh, No."

Beyonce's had 20 top 40 hits now. 15 as the lead, plus 5 with others (Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Usher, Artists for Cancer and La GaGa)
